Night 'n Day

The problem

Night 'n Day is an expanding franchise and workforce that found its core standards of excellence challenging to manage. Needing to send staff around the country meant new team members had to wait to be trained, this risked the development of poor practices.

The solution

We offered a solution that would allow Night 'n Day staff to control and maintain their online learning content. 

To achieve their goal of consistent delivery, we worked closely with their content experts to assist them in using our Bracken platform to construct their modules and create a platform which reflected their company structure. 

They now have a comprehensive library of instructional modules that are used daily by their staff across the country.  

The problem

Night 'n Day needed a way to streamline staff inductions and improve management structures.

The solution

Night ‘n Day Foodstores is committed to a philosophy of quality service and presentation. Their standards can be summed up in one word: excellence. And that excellence must be reflected in every aspect of their business. 
With the expanding franchise and high staff turnover, these standards became difficult to manage. Sending a qualified staff member to train new stores and staff around the country can take as long as 3 months. 

During this waiting period, the new store management would have already begun to implement inefficient practices that did not meet Night 'n Day's core standards of excellence. To ensure consistency throughout all stores nationwide, what Night 'n Day required was a training system that was unanimous and readily available for new trainees.

The secret to success

Night 'n Day have been with us for over 5 years, keeping content relevant for their learners. Educating at all levels, from store staff to franchise owners, they are constantly monitoring and adjusting modules to suit the learner. 

Night 'n Day authors are regular attendees at our eTraining sessions and consistently converse with our design and development team to make sure their content is always evolving.
